The name of the service is KYP, Know Your Product. In a nutshell - the project owner gives a link to his project, our methodologists prepare information material and testing. What everyone has said has some truth to it though...
Having a Pre-Sale for a POS/MN coin at the price you have quoted is a bit extreme. I have read everything you have online and there needs to be a bit more "substance" to your project. Without this it is little more than "another" POS/MN coin created just because...and REALLY only to put $$$ in the devs hands.
Many open ended questions, and in a time where it is very easy to just create a crypto......
