Nobody is going to develop and release a marketing strategy before being paid.

You're going to have to just hire a company based on their previous accomplishments, rather than asking them to design the marketing strategy for you pro bono and then hope that you hire them. It takes time and effort to develop a complete strategy and those cost money.

If you're solely dealing with cryptocurrencies, I don't believe you actually need a gambling license of any sort.

AFAIK, these are only needed when handling fiat deposits/withdrawals.

I never said I'm going to pay after, though I believe it shouldn't be 100% prepayment. I'm just looking for the proper guys to make all the work.
Regarding casino: it's not about cryptocurrency itself, it's more about to avoid law breaks. To operate casino being legal we need to arrange a company and to get the license. That's it.

Not sure about the marketing part, but for the license, you can take a look at CuracaoWebHosting and GamblingTec (I can't vouch for them though).

@zabaday, i will advise you to ignore every response you get from newbie account, follow the instruction passed to you by OmegaStarScream or apply for an Estonian gambling license which also among the cheap and fast online license by yourself but i will advise you to go through their act and regulation thoroughly to avoid misconception.
