 - Cobra has ultimate control over the domain name. I have access to the domain name settings.
 - I run the server. Cobra has no access to the database or server.

I don't see anything except shallow threats from an exposed newbie account... we have seen worse and nothing still happened
Solution?  Just tell the person to go ahead with what they want to do and then ignore and continue exposing scammers.
