Let me tell you what will happen after building decentralized systems/applications without rules to regulated how they are used...    "adults" from governments will create the rules when things become chaotic, sanity will return, people will praise the "adults", they will eventually hand cryptocurrency over to governments and justify it.

One of the most important thing missing in decentralized world is rules. Appropriate rules (which includes decentralization/Blockchain friendly rules) should be created by most communities through decentralized concensus to avoid hostile takeover like we are experiencing
