freebitco.in email problem

Dear Maam/sir,


I made a big mistake by signing up in freebitco.in, i used wrong gmail, i used other gmail instead my own gmail......

I put  kalbojason@gmail.com instead of kalbojason09@gmail.com.

Now my problem is, i deposit 0.03340 btc in kalbojason@gmail.com how can i transfer it to my right gmail accnt which is kalbojason09@gmail.com?

Now i already create a new freebitco.in accnt and i use my own gmail, kalbojason09@gmail.com. how can i transfer my btc to that accnt?

I apologize to my mistake...

as far as i know you don't need your email to make a withdrawal as long a you have your password which you used to sign up and your 2FA if you have enabled it. or you could just withdraw to the withdrawal address in your profile with less hassle.

You're still able to login to your first account? If yes, go to "More" > "Profile" scroll down, and change your email address. You'll just need the password to apply the changes.

You might need to use another email address though since you already have an account with your second email.

i did not enable 2fa.... i cant withdraw beacause need email confirmation, i used accidentally a somebodys email accnt when i create this accnt.

So you accidentally open account of other user of Freebitco.in? And deposit bitcoin? I think that very impossible I think you make that account before and forget the email?

Because how you can send  bitcoin into account that you really don't know the bitcoin address?

Well, create Gmail account and use Kalbojason@gmail.com and you can now confirm. And you can now withdraw your bitcoin on that account.

And if someone already taken that address much better to contact immidialtly the Freebitco.in support to withdraw your bitcoin because "Kalbojason@gmail.com" email can open by the owner and forgot password your Freebitco.in account and withdraw your bitcoin.

Well, create Gmail account and use Kalbojason@gmail.com and you can now confirm. And you can now withdraw your bitcoin on that account.

This will be the best solution, just unfortunate if the email is already taken. TheQuin has last active today, you should contact him/her asap.
