IBM Blockchain Hyperledger Deployment

We have a Solidity contract already deployed on TRON and Ethereum. We now need to deploy the same contract on Hyperledger in the IBM Blockchain environment (which we have beta access to).

Tasks are:
1) Set up Hyperledger testnet.
2) Deploy contract.
3) Update our RESTful API  to use contract.
