I can't get your point here.
What do you mean by "using same social media for both bounty" ??
AFAIK, it's not against any rule to use the personal social media account for more than one bounty. Your topic drove me confused a little bit, because i guess about your logic to have one social media account for each bounty.

Edit: i got your point as i was looking for the user quotes in the threads you have mentioned without noticing that he is the topic creator.
Did you try to contact him about this as it's maybe a copy/paste error?
If the two projects are connected, then we have a real issue here.

To me this just looks like a mistake, as bounty managers probably have some template that they use, and in this case @adriaparcerisas forgot to change some info, as he started both bounty campaigns on the same day, with an hour or two difference.
I saw similar mistakes with Ann threads too, where someone copies someone else's ann and then forgot to change links.
