What happened:: This gambling site copied almost all of Tronbomb even the site. They have distinctive features as such as explained in the OP but copying almost all of it is totally a fraud.

I was the first one to post on their ANN thread but that's a good catch. They should have not published their whitepaper if they will just copy-and-paste the whole thing. They should have just put a reference link instead. Because anyway, most casinos don't have whitepaper so why create one if you can't put effort into creating their own.

Thanks for the clarification, I guess I just too focused on their whitepaper, but why to have own whitepaper if they are just a sister website of Tronbomb? And there isn't enough clarification on why this sister website has been created on their end. I guess they have to explain it here or I will inform tronbomb if they really are connected to this to remove doubts.
