Answering the main question here - how you know the company have internal marketing capabilities?
That's not too hard, we use the following methods
1. Chatting with online support to learn if they are passive or active on offers and promotions
2. Engaging on 2-3 social media channels and see the tone of voice
Opening a player account, repeating 1+2 with account user name +
3. Collecting emails for 30 days, to learn the offers for non depositors and free promotions
4. Collecting SMS / WhatsApp / Viber notification
( Using new email account, also to see if there is cross selling of the players data )
Opening new player account making a deposit and wager some, repeating 1+2+3+4
Maybe a bit long, but if you wont make sure the traffic you sent is highly appreciated, you will lose
great way to verify.
specially chatting/asking and checking how they answer, if they take long and if the answers are complete and done with care for the costumer
