Its really hard to launch a project at this point the investors might not be interested to invest anymore .

As he has posted this on Altcoin Marketplace, I think he is not going to pay you with bitcoin. This seems to be an offer in the exchange of his project coin/token which will be very hard for them to get someone.

I do not see the. Possibility of people accepting local tokens most especially when the token is yet to hit the market and also when the token allocation is considered too much. The challenges are going to be much and also investors are sceptical about investing in projects this time around.

This project is a "Security Token" which is no current exchange available at all.  This is very risky too since the team needs license from SEC to launch this ICO. So basically joining to them will make you liable whenever bad things happened.

This is also a bit complicated by having a single token for multiple company investment.

PS: Paragon Security Token was already closed by forcing them to pay ICO participants because they launch ICO without SEC approval. This project might have same fate to them. Security Token is a pain in the ass right now tho.
