If there is no legal limitations more users will start to use crypto either for personal or business needs.

This is the best news I could ever get. SC is the biggest and now no bank can mistreat the traders nor any government official can claim crypto is illegal and trash traders for dealing in cryptos. A big slap on their face when the court recognizes it and gives it back to RBI.

As others have said, this is good news for our brother in India who are crypto enthusiast and could pave the way for crypto being adopted or regulated by the government. This whole fiasco has put India in the limelight last year and thought to be hardening their stance. This is a good news to hear since if the other country will see the Indian government lift their ban and many people got benefited on it for sure many countries will follow, but hopefully this halving will gain more attention and eliminate the fear of losing from the current economic market upset.

if im not mistaken i think i already heard this news before on this forum .  before i see a news about india lifting ban but now i see this post again and its new. not sure if they re ban crypto again for the second time but that is not important anymore and i dont want to waste time anymore finding the reason of the second ban but what is important is that india is back on business again .

lets just hope tho that they will not going to ban crypto for another time because that is pretty anoying and can bring lots of hassel as well as impact on the market .

How I hope that other countries who banned cryptocurrencies would see the light that they can somehow establish new laws that would still make an order to punish those who use cryptocurrencies to get away with the crimes they committed and used cryptocurrency to abuse and find way to evade the law. There are greater to potential worth for considering their previous decision and may somehow integrate it to our daily living and faster transactions especially overseas.

In my opinion virtual currencies should not be banned as it is totally independent and different from the currency of the respective countries. I think it is from different country, since 2018 crypto is banned from India and since then, they have an internal discussion regarding the issue of cryptocurrency ban in their country. They don't have any history of lifting ban or what, only today.

It is a good way to start from making cryptocurrency as a mode of payment in India. They should already accepted it before it's too late that bitcoin goes a downward movement unlike in 2017 where it reaches about 20k USD. But somehow, India is a 2nd most populated country in the world and it will surely grow like China. Although they have different point of views when it comes to currency, maybe mass adoption will be the key for them to grow their economy. Because most of the country that uses cryprocurrency already developed their economy and they are know having more advanced technologies. India is also a developing country so it is more likely that they will succeed in using crypto.

This is a good news for us crypto supporters as more and more are supporting Bitcoin and crypto in general.

I still remember the time when they are against crypto and it took more than a year to realize the real benefits of crypto in their country. Or maybe their currency is slowly withering like what is happening in Venezuela and they are keeping it a secret right now? Anyway, it is just good that they've lifted the ban on crypto in their country. I'm expecting that there will be some establishments that will accept crypto in the future.

Would be great to see the full extent of lifting the ban and see whether it will spring other ventures and other economic advantages of allowing crypto trading in the region. I'm pretty sure the Indian government would love to take advantage of the growing hype and popularity of bitcoin for their gains and profits, and several programs would surely sprout that emphasizes the region's availability for new businesses to come in. Good deal for India--it's a country many miles from where I live, and I can't say I've been following the news about this, so thanks to OP for starting up this thread.  I honestly didn't even know crypto was banned there and had assumed Indians had adopted bitcoin to a fairly large extent just based on how many members here are from there.

Luckily this hasn't been a worldwide problem, that of crypto being banned.  I would have thought that governments would think their fiat currencies would be threatened and that more legislation would be passed restricting bitcoin and other cryptos, but that really isn't the case so far.  Anyway, excellent news for India.

That's a great news from a great country congratulations to their people I heard a lot of them are using Bitcoin here and now they are easy to take a long breath, now crypto adoption is increasing day by day and I hope the value of BTC too will slowly increase after this news came in.
