I sold few coins on vindax that worth 10$ and I don't receive any in my wallet after withdrawal, I track transaction ID on etherscan and it says 'Failed', then I head to their telegram group to complain, guess what happens next? I was told to deposit 60$ worth of Eth to an address from a PDF, I screamed scam and they block me off their telegram group, here is a screenshot

There have been many victims of the Vindax exchange from before, there were a number of threads in this forum about negative feedback on the exchange and why would you still use this exchange if you knew it before?

I have never used vindax exchange as anything because I know this exchange is only a manipulation and it is also difficult to attract assets and services are very bad.

I know that Vindax has many problems, especially in terms of withdrawals, but if you get a message from a customer service claiming, I don't think it's original from Vindax

Are you sure that is the official team from Vindax? because there are already many clone accounts like that when the user is a problem and the clone account offers with PM first try checking again I check on the telegram channel there is no admin's name.

lately, I've heard quite a lot of bad news from this exchange. however, you need to send a support ticket or try to contact the admin with good words and sentences in this regard. however, when you shout "scam" at a project, it's only natural when they kick you.

Yeah, saw some threads lately about Vindax scamming their users. I don't understand though why people are still trading in that scam exchange. There are a lot of reputable exchanges out there, top tier, but if you decided to used mid-tier like Vindax you will end up being scam.

And there could be malicious actors from behind, maybe using Vindax name in Telegram, so just be careful and stay away, you don't want to be the next victim here.

Make sure if you have some problems always contact the legitimate support not the one that DM you first because this is the most worst problem in telegram that scammers can easily copy the identity of admin and other members.

And if you read the almost all pin post of every exchange group or other platforms " That all moderator or support will not DM you first" you will easily recognize that those user that DM you are scammers. That's why don't make accusations if you are not sure on that. I'm not a user of Vindax or connected to Vindax what I want to say is don't trust immidialtly those user that DM you first because your hard earn money can be lose to you if you don't have enough knowledge recognizing who's scam or not.

Many people already know that vindax exchange is a scam, so you don't have to explain at length for this one exchange, because every exchange that has been stamped scam will always request another deposit to their account, after that we will be removed from their group, things as it has often happened and even happened again to the exchange Bcnex, not only on vindax.

Its better to move this thread scam accusation section than here. Also the telegram channel is not be a valid proof unless they confirm that they are the one who send those message.

Can you add the link to the failed transaction you are saying for your widrawal request it will add as proof.

These exchanges are not really reliable and you may lose all your assets here if you are not careful. As far as I know, these exchanges only care about the money of the investor and after the period of operation, the exchange will try to scam. Of course, a lot of exchanges like Bcnex, Idax did this and Vindax will undoubtedly be an exchange that I never trusted.

Vindax is full of bugs and the team are not professionals either so it's better to stay away from the exchange, if they will improve someday time will tell but for now it's a worse exchange just like p2pb2b exchange

Some days ago there was people hacking under Coinbase name, that's a new scam way where attacker do some identity fraud and ask money in the name of the business. Be careful guys.

It's not the tradition of an exchange platform to ask you to pay before your withdrawal is processed, this is definitely some scammers trying to take advantage of that. It's better to stop using exchanges like this than falling for cheap scams.

It seems that guy is a scammer, not anyone from the Vindax team. Yes, I heard Vindax has many suspicious activities, but what you are saying here, it’s not Vindax's fault. Do you want proof? Just head over to any popular or known exchange telegram group, and issue a problem! After that, you will be getting lits of PMs as customer support! But no admin will pm you first ever! So, your claim is not appropriate here, rather be caution from those telegram scammers!

This is not something new, by forcing the users to deposit the more money into the exchange site and this scam exchange site will be locking your account after that. Just forget your $10 rather than try to spend more to get it when you have the more chance to be scammed again by vindax. My friend is also having the same problem with you too. It looks like that we must call vindax exchange site as a verified scam exchange site right now.
Have you checked if that was the real admin or not? so many scammers even on the official telegram group and if that was a real admin and this exchange site becomes another exchange site. Just forget and let this exchange site die without any users that is interested to use it again.

Is that the actual telegram channel they own? because whenever I head to get some help from other services and websites, they always remind me that they never ask for deposits to seek their help and it's a sure scammer if they ask. But if that's their official channel, it's a shame that they're asking for it. They shouldn't ask for any amount, try to get their support through email and report this.
