I never used this exchange, but I have heard a lot of FUD about exchanging. Many people have lost money when using this exchange so be careful when using it. It is better that you go to the larger exchanges to be safe

I don't see this Vindax exchange as a good one since the time I have been transacting on crypto exchanges. It's a pure scam exchange so also any project planning of holding IEO or listing on them.  They have different bull shit story to tell when you become a victim.  I've once been told that I can't recover my fund because hackers stole coins worth $22m on their exchange.  If you want to avoid story that touches the heart, then stay away completely from this exchange.

There have many same stories with you, they also lost their money there, I think VinDax market must be destroyed from the Crypto world so there are no more victims their scams. Many IEOs made there and ended with scam, coins there also many fake volumes, So it's better to avoid the VinDax market.

First I know this exchange have questions begging for answers because their activities are not always in the interest of users; any exchange which restricts users withdrawal without any concrete reason is a bad exchange (this is just the case of Vindax). But however, on this particular issue, you made mention of complaining in the group and it looks like you were sent a personal message from someone, did you bother checking if the person is an admin or scammers trying to scam you. The reason for this thought is, cases like this always happens, once you complain in an exchange group you will get series of messages from scammers.
Nevertheless, I am not standing for the exchange because I know they are not good but only stating my observation about the telegram chat you had.

Vindax and BCNEX exchange got me real good when they first came out, I thought they will do very well and get recognized in crypto space but I was damn wrong, most especially BCNEX that has awesome looking design and interface, it's a shame that things don't go and expected, team are the main problem of many new projects

I sold few coins on vindax that worth 10$ and I don't receive any in my wallet after withdrawal, I track transaction ID on etherscan and it says 'Failed', then I head to their telegram group to complain, guess what happens next? I was told to deposit 60$ worth of Eth to an address from a PDF, I screamed scam and they block me off their telegram group, here is a screenshot

Probably, if you contact them in the telegram definitely you prone to become a victim by the scammers.
You supposed to contact their support in the vindax platform not on telegram, because as far as I know if reach them
to their support no one will surely as you to send an amount for sure. Though, I hate vindax too honestly speaking.

I have never used VinDax, but in this case it may be wrong to blame them. You probably used a take Telegram group to ask support. You should have contacted them through the email, or through the chat option available in the exchange. It looks to me that this particular Telegram group was set up by criminals, without permission from the VinDax team.

No it's not a fake telegram group, scammers are available in every big and small Exchanges telegram groups, waiting patiently for any new member that have problem and they will instantly PM the newbie to lead them astray or Rob them if their money

That's right, they are scam exchanges in this market. Also I see they are from Vietnam, and we need to appeal so they can be punished. BTW I also wanted to join BCNEX bounty before, but fortunately I didn't do it

If you are going to the scam accusation section, you can find some thread that tackles Vindax exchange. So far, I haven't used nor visited this site, and I'd rather spend my trading activities in the exchange that I know where my funds are secured and safe. We can't stop people from creating scam or fake exchanges. I guess every day we can see new exchanges that are emerging from nowhere that's why before we use an exchange, make sure it has good background and reputation or check some reviews about the exchange that you're going to use. If you are looking for a better exchange, use the well-known cryptocurrency exchange like Binance exchange that you can consider as one of the top-performing exchange right now.

It's always risky to use the new exchange because sometimes they have a fake volume to attract new users that will use their platform so stay away with those kinds of exchanges.

Scammers have been joining in all of the telegram groups. Even when someone asks the vindax support and it doesn't mean if the problem will be fixed instantly.
This has nothing to do with scammers as vindax was also a scam exchange site.

I'm fine with vindax and p2pb2b exchange because I don't use them for trading Bitcoin or other popular altcoins when there are many top exchanges available that supports the coins, I only use p2pb2b and vindax for selling Airdrops tokens

I have long suspected that this kind of exchange will end up being a scam, they have no capital and only make programs that are fraudulent.
like BCNex from Vietnam, ieo doesn't save them from scams.

That's quite different while vindax was a scam exchange site that is still operating and the creation of bcnex to be scam project since it has already started. in my opinion, both were included in the same things. Vindax can be an exit scam exchange site anytime.

Never trust 100% centralized exchange, even reliable exchanges can commit fraud or scam anytime.
The safest wallet is a personal wallet and you can access it anytime with your key.

First check if that customer support was legit because no admin will pm on you first unless you already pm them, and upon reading on some other site they say that this vindax was a scam and there's a lot of problem on their platform like widrawal and they have fake volume they are deceiving other so they can get investor.

That's the only reason for the people to use vindax caused by it's the only exchange sites who added such token. All of the people have the same opinion if vindax was a scam. Vindax has fewer users compared with last year. People realize this exchange site is not worth to be used

I don't know much about the Vindax exchange but many people to give negative comments about this exchange. maybe I think the Vindax exchange does have bad services and this exchange is not very popular with the traders. even though I never trade there but yeah, we have to avoid this kind of exchange.

I dont think there is a way to stay permanently clear vindax, some project are still choosing vindax as their choice of exchanging their token. How do we trade token trading only vindax without vindax exchange? I guess vindax team should look into this and get it fixed soon before is too late.

Maybe it was an scammer on the telegram they are going to say that they are part of the team even if it is not, don't trust any person that is pm you they are just going to get your data and they will claim it on the true support beware on this kind of scammer they are expert on scamming people.
