Really? that's insane.. If this is true then this is the poorest exchange of all, asking 0.3 eth just to fix the problem but are you sure if this is offficial vindax exchange? because in telegram there were many fake admins or support.

It looks like a scammer but it needs to be verified again whether it  was the coming from the team or it's just a scammers that used the common trick by pmed someone for the help but he was also asking for the payment before.

The problem is if vindax is also a scam exchange site too.

Vindax exchange has so many bad reviews from users but I'm not confused yet that vindax team asking for 0.3 eth to get your problem fixed, someone is actually pretending to be from Vindax team and that's what scammers do

It is the scammer's actions, I believe they are not members of the project. Although Vindax is a bad exchange, I believe they will never do such embarrassing things

its already embarassing that they offer bad service and recieve complaints left and right so i could care less even if its one of thier memebers ask that price to solve users problems .

0.3 eth is a huge sum of money and it would be funny that let say your having a problem for an amount less than 0.01 eth  . i would leave that unsolved if ever im one of the memebers experienced it  . luckily im not trying exchange that are outside my range

vindax is the same as the exchanger before it many new tokens are able to list there but are very few enthusiasts there , thus making the token has no volume, I really don't like trading there, the difference between buy and sell is very far

I sold few coins on vindax that worth 10$ and I don't receive any in my wallet after withdrawal, I track transaction ID on etherscan and it says 'Failed', then I head to their telegram group to complain, guess what happens next? I was told to deposit 60$ worth of Eth to an address from a PDF, I screamed scam and they block me off their telegram group, here is a screenshot

If you complain on the telegram line, just like you ask someone else to fool you. Because this is not necessarily done by the Vindax team. It might be someone else who changed the name of the telegram to the name of the admin.
I am not defending Vindax in this matter, because I have happened as you have experienced, that there are people who claim to be admin. Not only at Vindax, but many other exchanges are the same.
At Binance such a thing had happened, but after I explored it, it turned out that it was not the Binance team.

looks like you're not getting scam by vindax, i dont think that any exchange would support in telegram chat instead email & live support from exchange itself, on every exchange telegram group there is always scammer that claim himself as Admin group that trying to resolved the problem you have been trough and asking payment for any  reason they got. its old scam trick bro, no exchange will provide support on telegram, so sorry for your lose.

but still vindax is self volume  pump exchange that doing bot trade ahahha.

At Binance such a thing had happened, but after I explored it, it turned out that it was not the Binance team.

if indeed they are exposed to scammers from the vindax team, it is indeed unforgivable,
but if people are exposed to scammers from fake websites and fake teams I think it is their own fault

Sometimes scammers claim to be re admin by using their telegram name to scam. Check very well to ensure its real admin. I have seen lots of that on telegram or better still private chat the exact admin with same name and see if it will be same person. If actually it's same you can tag it scam. Let's always try our possible best to get real facts please.

Many keep talking ill about Vindax and P2PB2B, yet people still trade on them. I think sometimes it might be glitches, I might be wrong. But why on earth will i trade on some low volume exchanges with low reputation? That's the big question we need to ask ourselves before using such exchanges.

Indeed, there have been many bad events related to Vindax exchange, such as fake volume, shitcoins listings, withdrawal problems, poor service
and many other negative things done by Vindax exchange. But to ask for payment from Vindax customer support seems impossible done, it will
worsen the Vindax image. Possibly it was the work of scammers, not the official team from Vindax exchange. Even though it turned out scammers,

Nowadays many of them say that they are admin even if it is not check always on their telegram channel if the people was legit or not or else your money would be on the bad hand and they are the one who will act like you and vice versa so don't trust anyone just pm only the admin and wait for their response.

Maybe because we are forced to trade on exchanges that have low volume and are viewed poorly by some people, For example we get a coin and then the coin is only registered on the exchange so forced to sell it because there is no other choice

Vindax is a reputed bad exchange, a home for scam startup projects, that's right. But your claim is not real here. Because whenever you got a message first claiming exchange support, you should know that it is a scam. No customer support will ever pm you, so, vindax is not scamming you on that chat. For your help, I can suggest that you shouldn't listen to anybody who pm you first in telegram!

maybe the telegram account is incorrect and has been run by a scam (I guess). First of all, before taking help from any exchange support, make sure that their telegram account is correct or nor. However, I did not hold any coins from vindex because it seemed to me to be a fake exchange. There are also many good and top exchanges so i am happy there.

Today we got contacted by Vindex representatives for listing our shittycoin, wierd thing is... this might be same type of exchange like Cryptopia was... Mecca of ultra shitcoins and some very good gems.

how could it be a scam? the Vindax website can still be visited and everything looks good, I also deposited a few days ago there, and entered smoothly, yes even though the Vindax exchange has a small volume, but Vindax is still able and still alive, maybe this is FUD, or maybe you are a scammer on telegram, yes that a lot of scammers are trying to trick the members of the Vindax channel group, beware

I do not advise anyone to contact the VinDax exchange, as scammers do not allow withdrawing money by inventing various reasons and referring to the terms of the agreement. Although, in fact, the agreement does not contain the clauses to which they refer. I have come across numerous negative reviews from outraged people who were shamelessly deceived. Unfortunately, we are not at all insured against this kind of scam. People trust, believe promises and end up with nothing.

Even the exchange site itself immediately confused me.
