2. I personally wouldn’t like them on this forum until they are at a certain age - 16-18 , if they are interested. But I can certainly guide them as I have the experience. On other forums and social media platforms that they use , although we monitor as much as we can , I dread to think some of the stuff that is on the Internet.

Well, to be honest, though I wouldn't personally do it, go with it if you really wanted to. Inviting them to Bitcointalk wouldn't hurt unless you advertise Bitcointalk as a platform to earn money. Like how some people promote Bitcointalk to their friends.

Children's now are too mature compared in our time mate, ages 12-13 and even younger like 10 are exposed to internet even how we look into their internet activities still they are prone from reading gambling, bad language and scams so basically there are no really issue and also you don't need them to be in this forum they can learn about crypto over internet what important in your part is to open their eyes and mind about Bitcoin and crypto.

also you can offer that 10-15 minutes every week to educate them so they don't really need to be in forum or net to have knowledge,in this way you are preparing their mind in future for at least like what you said 16 y/o or up.

Anyone who knows how to open a computer and surf the internet can find everything here so even a 12 years old child can land in any websites, the best thing we can do is to guide them and if you are going to discuss Bitcoin, there's a big possibility that they will stumble Bitcointalk, because it's part of the industry.

That's how many children are getting convicted with such crimes at an early stage. Parents should warn their kids or yet have someone to watch closely those young kids if they got some works cause watching tv based on study can really goes on their mind and sometime curiousity is very wide. Learning internet and exposing them on such broad website as this could give positive and negative results and always depend on how youre going to explain or introduced this.

It's fine to mention this forum because it still depends on them whether they are going to explore it or not. And for sure, their parents can still monitor them in what they are doing especially when holding gadgets. Although they're somehow interested with this kind of think, I do think a young age will be that curious about this forum. They will still prefer to play games with their gadgets.

It's okay to tell them little things about this kind of things but letting them get so exposed with crypto, I really don't suggest that because I don't think they can handle it very well. This place includes money, meeting various people including scammers so it's not really good for young minds. I think engaging in this forum is for those who are matured enough to understand the nature of crypto.

This forum is for all ages and for those interested to learn about Bitcoin, this community is a must because this is a dynamic community, all the the questions will always have an update on what's happening in the community and the market, if your children wants to learn Bitcoin you can guide him what and where to read, because some terminologies are beyond the grasp of children.

Children aged 12-13 don't have the life experience to browse this forum. There are too many thing that can go wrong. It's a positive thing that you want to introduce them to Bitcoin but I think it needs to stay at that - just an introduction.

Telling them about Bitcointalk, mining, POW... it is not the right time for them. I don't think a child can understand the concepts of ponzi scams, phishing, malware, and especially not things like gambling. They might associate Bitcoin to the wrong things and get confused.

Yes your right but can you take your brother seeing on what is existing here? There are so many scamming, bashing and other form of harassment that can bothered which can possibly depressed them, that's why I'm careful to introduce this to my young guys here since I want them to explore the outside world before going into this world.

But although this forum is a great platform to earn still I it should be rated 18 for some reasons.

Obviously, this forum isn't a place for children. But probably I would mention Bitcointalk, I doubt that it can have negative influence. If you're making presentation about Bitcoin, few words about Bitcointalk without going deep into details isn't bad thing. And 12-13 year children is really young, I don't think that they will be very interested in Bitcoin and especially Bitcointalk. Maybe current generation don't even know such thing as online forum. So, I don't see risks, such as children joining forum to spam for bounties or risk of being scammed on marketplace.

Any young man who doesn't need parental consent should be recommended to forum. It would be a lot of work if a person is still under age and must need parental consent before anything the kid want. Anyway, my opinion is that I don't base on age that much and it is okay if that person is not yet 18 above as long as the person is responsible.

I don't think people here should necessarily be 18. Man take a look how sort of "mature" 14-16 year olds are nowadays. 14 year olds wearing makeup and such. But anyway, I wouldn't really want them to be cursed at and such, but one way or another they need to learn that there are really rude people and that there are people with ill-intentions online. I was like 12 the first time I was phished on an online game LOL. Never again happened after that.

Everyone is talking about kids, but the ones who could benefit most at the moment are the pensioners over 70. They are the ones who are being ripped off by fiat pension frauds,

Children are the future, at least that's what people say all the time. Iron is processed while it is hot -  children should be taught life skills while they are young, or they will experience the same or even greater problems than today pensioners. Governments around the world extend the working lives of people up to 67 years, precisely so that people enjoy their pensions as little as possible, implement policies from work to the cemetery.

How pensioners can benefit from Bitcoin (if you think on that), since they are over 70 years old, their ability to learn is much smaller, more difficult to embrace new technologies?

I can imagine them pulling at their hair (if they still have them) the moment the volatility strikes and the extra KYC and 2FA and hassle of transferring from the balance to the personal wallet and vice versa.

Even I myself find all of these a hassle. They most probably wouldn't be able to handle so many things unless they're familiar with trading, regardless of Bitcoin or non-Bitcoin.

These days the average 12-13 yr old is watching Tiny Asian Teen Anal Creampie 92 on their phones. I do not see this place as any more of a threat to their purity than anywhere else on the internet. I was quite contentedly watching Driller Killer on bootleg VHS tapes at that age.

Tons of young people that age are into coding and gaming. This is an up and coming area of computer science so it's likely they'd find it themselves anyway if they already had an interest in that. Also the lack of financial education out there seems pretty disgraceful so exploring it should be encouraged.

But I would find it very frustrating to be introduced to it and be effectively locked out of it unless my parents were on hand to sign me up to buy or sell it. I would be inclined to send them to more generalised resources. They'll find this joint off their own back if they get into it.

Again, thanks folks .
Think I know which way I’m going on this  Smiley
I won’t mention it to the under 16s , they can always find the forum if they are interested - it will be a natural progression.
If I do do a talk to 16-18 group I will mention the forum, but with a good few points of advice !!

Thanks for staying on topic and if you want to start a thread re - pensioners and Bitcoin, May I suggest the subject header -

it be nice you talk to them about the blockchain and cryptocurrency but i don't think it is nice to bring them to this forum because they are still underage and will definitely not follow rules. i believe they will liter everywhere including the sections meant for admins and serious disccussion. Kids will always try to show themselves whenever the opportunity is there.
please don't get them into this forum. they might loose focus on what to learn and dive into airdrops and bounties to make money. My opinion.

I really don't want to share it to anyone though especially to a kid, because if they really want to learn how to earn with the forum they should really study on their own, read some important information about the cryptocurrency first and get some advice to some higher ranks here or they could read every topic on this section so they can learn how to start and how to prevent scams. I can say that it is enough for me to promote crypto and the forum itself on social media because we all know that we can get investors by doing that. We can also promote it to someone if he really wants to invest they want to earn and put their money on a particular project. That is what every campaign need, that is why we, the bounty hunters promote the particular project we have joined in to gain a lot of investors to support the project or to use the particular website or exchange they developed. It actually depends on a person. Knowledge is important.

This forum is fit for adults only and members that have further experience in the cryptocurrency and digital world. Imagine having this forum being bombarded with immature people who are most likely to be close minded and war freak. Especially, teenagers nowadays often tend to have short patience and easily lose their tempt. Therefore, never mention the forum onto people that aren't that kind of interested and greedy. Let's make this forum a community of professionals, and never let kiddos aged 16 and below bombard us with their obvious and unnecessary questions.
