Ask your web hosting, almost all of hosting providers offering free or very cheap certificate which you can use.

Today is not a great day for SSL certificates. Let's Encrypt to revoke 3 million certificates on March 4 due to software bug

I searched the old similar threads of this, so I think instead of creating a new thread, why not just post your twitter account there if you just want to follow and be followed back.

If you think to post tweet here and to be embed without quote, I think it is not possible. I guess it will never be possible. Just imagine what it will be here when spammers start to promote his things from social media, or bounty hunters and "link report"

You are right, he was last active on March 9 as we can see. I followed him but he failed to follow me back so I think its time to hover the mouse to the following button and hit unfollow. He only wants to gather and take followers without giving back for this newly created twitter account. Sorry but I'm unwatching this thread now, not worth it.
