Seems like an interesting product. I'd love to try it but it seems like there isn't much information on the website.
I'm mostly wondering, when using this VCC to pay online, what's the Name and Surname information that could be filled?
And are prices the same for all payment methods?

It will work with any name. We have already used and tested in many places and never had a problem or an issue.
Prices are the same for all payment methods.

Regarding the site, We will make the site properly after we know what everyone will want to see there.
At the moment we tried to focus more on the product itself than a nice looking website.

Here's my review for the sample card that was provided to me:

Overall the response of the OP was fast and he seemed knowledgeable on the subject. It was a good experience to be in communication with them directly.

In regards to the card:
I was shown that the info for the card can be provided in a pretty visual manner, in spite of the card being virtual.
I could get to recover the number of the card, date security code etc. through a recognizable experience.

Using the card:
The card worked like a charm for online transactions and was imminently accepted by the online merchant I tried it at.
The card appears to be issued from a reputable institution so I can guess there will be absolutely no problems with acceptance. I was also told it has been tested in a plethora of websites with success already.

Overall:
I think TETCARD would be a good product for accessing services requiring use of a Visa card. After having tried it I can say that I'll be eagerly awaiting the upcoming developments on the platform.

The last post previous to yours was from 5 months ago so that should have been a red flag

First of all NEVER use your email address as a username.
2nd you quite possibly got scammed, hope it wasn't for too much.
3rd I would suggest changing any passwords you used on that website if you use the same one elsewhere as it is not a "secure" site and they may be farming user data.
