@ultrloa that link you shared won’t work because now support is offered via intercom on the site, so all one needs to do is login, and then use the intercom to connect with the support team. @pascal257 you don’t need to worry as that claim is baseless, and @panjul07 yes that’s the correct discord channel link.

By the way that support email no longer works. We handle support through Intercom now so on-site live chat is the best means to reach support.

All in all, unfounded as usual, and I think we can all appreciate the responses from Darkstar and BoXXoB.

Obviously it was an unfounded case to begin with, casinos are filled with people who think they found a "system" to cheat the casino and make money and they can't see why it is wrong and can't happen so they do it anyway thinking they will make money 100% guaranteed and when they lose all their money they realize that their system was wrong, right? Wrong! They start to think their system was flawless but the casino cheated them out of their money as well.

This is the reason why they come here and write how horrible casinos are and how they are cheaters and scams and what not in order to get some sort of retribution for their loss. Obviously any decent gambler how the casino world works would know a real or a scam website from a mile away so they do not care about those people.

bitdice.me scammed its investors, unjustifiably does not pay a 38 BTC account balance, liquidator was not able to find assets and I have justified questions.

The liquidator, as filed with this registration, concluded that to the best of his knowledge there are no assets

Until today no proof of the alleged assets and no proof of the owner / responsible party behind the Bitdice scam!

From my personal perspective it doesn't make any sense that BitDice somehow scammed all investors and is still working on releasing the new website. I am personally witnessing the progress.

^^People will talk about all these kinds of stuffs for a long time to get any sort of attention they could get, I realize now that it also provides a lot of talking and discussing with other people on a subject which I think makes them feel better as well, probably a person who doesn't have a lot of people to talk to in real life. Think about a loner who doesn't have anyone to talk to and suddenly online he talks about how he found out bitdice is a fake scam place and it turns out to be true! He would be congratulated and loved by everyone for preventing a scam website! That is their dream I believe, that is how they get attention and love from people that they otherwise can't. Hopefully they will soon realize that it is not a scam so they can't really achieve what they wanted.

BitDice still working 3 years later on releasing the new website confirms that investors are scammed because the funds were not used as promised in the ICO roadmap and investors lost 80%!

If you are right, then that user behind this user is very famous across all of the threads. It says it helps people and yet, it has been involved in provable scams itself. They basically lure you in and make you think they are some kind of scam buster, then they ask you for money to pursue legal action which of course they never do. I suspect you are right too, also my personal opinion, but I see similar spam from all the threads:)

@BKB-token if you need any updates regarding their finances, then join their discord channel as all financial information is being discussed out there. Furthermore @BoXXoB clearly wrote this, but you’re deliberately choosing to ignore his advise may I ask why?.

It was announced in the investor Discord that quarterly reports are postponed until launch of the new website for a bigger report which will cover the time between that and the previous report.

In the meantime the management has been posting smaller reports to keep investors relatively up to date.

In your TOS it says that players from the UK and USA are not allowed to play on BitDice. But you don't seem to have any active IP blocks that automatically detects and restricts US/UK players from accessing the site. I was able to use a VPN and register accounts with a UK and US IP. I think the implementation of IP blocks is a good option and many platforms do it. Is that something you would consider or plan to do in the future?

There's IP detection in place which prevents users from playing specific games that might be blocked in different countries. For example US and UK cannot play dice, slots etc. However there's also additional countries blocked by game providers so it was deemed appropriate that users can transact eg. deposit and withdraw without issues but not play if there's an issue with their IP address causing restrictions.

However, with the upcoming website, ToS as well as other things will be reviewed again which could be taken as an opportunity to clarify things.

EDIT: As you said blocking users from registering could be a viable option too and I brought it up with the management as a possibility to consider
