I won't call this 'trying to help', for example few people in crypto space have donated huge money for cure of those who are affected by the virus, it would have been better if we can use other coins to contribute and donate to help not creating a coin called Corona coin, it's stupid idea

I went through that coin out of curiosity. The page is good looking but what they talk about is utter nonsense. They are just another desperate attempt to scam.
And I'm really surprised how many people are falling for such stupid concepts. People should at least try to understand the reality as the scammer would come up with anything to catch the attention of the gullible investors.

Help awareness? The world is full of awareness and I guess Red Cross does not want to receive a donation from a project that profited coming from the infection and deaths coming from Corona Virus, investors should not support this, we already have thousands of coins and a share of thousands of shitcoins but we do not need something like this.

I think it's just a silly altcoin that will die off or change its brand inevitably. No matter how unethical it is to ride on the fame of a pandemic claiming to help victims, it's not something that can be stopped when using crypto. As a matter of fact, back in the day there was a ton of altcoins that claimed to be helping with xyz causes, while in reality they did very little for a real world cause. Wait it off and it'll go away eventually. It wouldn't have any other advantages over older coins anyway, it's just a name.

It is just their way to market the coin, they are using the coronavirus to get more buyers and I don't think that they are really collecting funds for the victims to help them.

The chances that this project is likely a scam is very pretty big, if they want to raise some money to help those people who are suffering from the virus then they can just create thread and a donation address where the donator can send their money. There are many currencies out there that can be use like bitcoin,ethereum and etc. therefore there action is very fishy.

I can't completely say yet that they are scam as I have no proof or solid evidence to it yet but as a crypto investor, this schemes are pretty bold especially if the money that they raise will not be given to the victim instead they will just use it for themselves.

This is really crazy. Is there really a need for a token for charity and donation? There are already well-known cryptocurrencies that can be use for this purpose.

I find it a weird and shady project it is very obvious that they are just trying to ride the popularity of the recent epidemic that already killed thousands of people in China for me it's not helping at all. I see it as a mockery to all of those victims. the project token symbol is NCOV and its total supply was 7.6 billion similar to the global population today. what kind of picture these people are trying to portray every time there is a death and added to the infected list they will burn the NCOV token. sounds crazy to me.

It's obvious that coronaCoin was created to profit the current Coronavirus epidemic. Desperate times, desperate measures. They're just trying to cash in on the current situation. The only problem is that people will get onboard and become hodlers. Cryptocurrencies like this lose their value when the epidemic is over.

My opinion is that these people just want to get personal benefits on hype. Again, if we talk about the real threat of infection, then I believe that the danger is too exaggerated. Now we can observe people who are trying to get quick profit and money on it. I would recommend avoiding everything related to coronovirus, and even more so with such projects.

Using corona virus as Amran to amke money is highly unethical and degrading. You cannot make money from the death of an innocent. But, it is a fact in this world there are many people who earn through death.

Just go to the nearby cemetary at your location and talk to the caretaker there, you will be suprised to hear how many business are running because of death.

Since when is it suddenly wrong for this group to make a profit from sickness, when there are hundreds of pharmaceutical companies that do the same thing?

If there was no profit in raising awareness and treating diseases, do you think we would still have the same treatments we have nowadays?

Do you think big pharma and private companies would spend billions of dollar on clinical trials without the guarantee they'll make a profit... of course not.

Profiting on death is nothing bad. Otherwise, you better start campaigns against morgue operators, graveyards, hospitals and funeral services too.
