Borders are there to protect societies from dangers, lawbreakers, potential lawbreakers. etc... they are not there to prevent the innocent from coming in.
If an innocent person jumps through your fence to escape a robbery, dangers, etc would you accept him/her or not?  Ofcourse, you will, unless you are unnecessarily a hardened person. But you will need to be sure he/she is telling the truth. And you'll need to shelter that person until he/she feels safe to leave.

One the reasons I am bringing this up is to be able to deal with the issue easily in decentralized world. Decentralization,  permissionless and trustlessness will need to be maintained with little to no risk to communities.    Besides, we are heading to a point where people will see the need for both open and close border. And those who fail to do things the proper way during that time will be in trouble.

problem is economic, those in the society created a structure, of exploitation, they start wars against other structures, in order to get soil for themselves the soil is desperate hard working labour.

muslims for example don't think in borders they think in belief systems which is in my oppinion not a bad idea. but it has also sideeffects regarding oppenness.

Crossing border without permission is an offence on most of the countries so if you get caught you might be jailed for long time but not everyone is going to be killed of they cross borders so they got an opportunity to explain about their action.

There are few countries with no fences on their borders as well.

Somehow migrants who stormed the borders in Italy, Turkey, Hungary, Greece and many other European countries were not jailed or even detained.
Laws work only to the point when enough people start to break them.

no, it was the continous usa lobby (obama etc.) that has powered the european left, and forced the europeans to take those migrants.

since european nations depdet on the us market they all acted like submissive beings regarding us policies and the american left was capable forcing massive migration on europe, now with trump in power european nationalists are comming out of their woodwork to express their nationalist ideals, but the massive mixture and interconnectivity of europes economy makes it impossible to return to old nationstates now. so the eu will be the future.

I think that no borders are needed (ideally, but not now, because people are not ready yet). We all have from birth that which unites us - this is conscience. We all always understand what is right and what is not, because conscience cannot be deceived. If all people adhered to this, then everyone would be fine. But at the moment we are in a society of consumption and personal gain. And sooner or later this will change, since such a society leads to human degradation.
