Despite the request looks legit by providing a valid collateral but the altcoin you offer is 2144 rank in cmc and traded in only two exchanges which one of them is confirmed scam crex24.
I also have doubt that you are trying to sell your few Zenon coin without afford using one of the two exchanges.
Obviously, you have few to no chances to find someone able to fill your request as lenders may just accept major altcoins and not for very small amounts; he will not be able to recover the 15$ by selling 12 ZNN after calculating the exchange fees.
None would be interested to take this risk whatever interest imposed.
