Why your usual ebay guy?
Does he sell ebay ecodes or gift cards as well? If so which country does he sell them for?
I found out the hard way ebay has certain ecodes for each country same as amazon which sucks when you get the wrong country code and dont realize it until after buying them.
So I hope they offer a refund if you do happen to buy the wrong ecode or gift card for this very same reason.

I'm in US and no problem with his eBay codes (or Amazon codes).  As for valid countries he'd be the one to ask.  Note that eBay now has limitation to number of codes at once as well as dollar amount used over a rolling 1 month period.
