Glad to see your raffle 2stout, im bit confused with your draw the winner. Do you assume hash blockchain always on track 0with 19 times? based reference raffle : Hash for 620237: 0000000000000000000c388fbbd407270da6114c0f767ec3dc1d8a40859c0fe7
After omitting the initial 19 zeros, the 1st character is c. For reference, 620233 also has the initial 19 zeros. For example, had there been 20 zeros, then 0 would have been the winner after omitting the initial 19 zeros (ref 620236).
