You can find many different exchange where it is listed there , how ever i dont see any volume of that coins base cmc.https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/foldingcoin/

This one, it's a dead coin already, so I doubt that you can find exchange that readily accept it.
I don't know as well how you acquire those coins, most probably you didn't follow as it is worthless right now, sorry to burst the bubble for you.
