BTSE (a derivatives exchange that focuses on futures trading,) has announced that it will donate $ 80,000 to BTCPay, as the donation will be to one of the main shareholders of the project, Andrew Camilleri (aka Kukks)as this donation will enable Kukks to work full time in the project.
Even though it’s been rough financially, it was worth it. I’ve learned more in this past year and a half than I have in my entire career combined, all thanks to BTCPay Server and its community.
It is strange that donation is directed to a specific person, but it is good for the system as a whole.
