Sesterce.com, bad service or SCAM?

Hello everyone,
i bought a G32-1800 las August from SESTERCE.COM website. ( i bought other items there before and havn't no problem )
The order was canceled and i compiled a form where they ask me if i prefer a total refound ( on september 2020 ) or 60% refound ( end of february ) and 40% in cloud mining .
I choos the second choice, and they start to answer me i'll receive soon credential for mining account. After a month and half, i never receive credential and no receive refound.
Now, they stom answer to my request.

Can i consider it SCAM? what can i do to recieve attention from sesterce support?

Are you sure that you by other items from sesterce last August?

They are not selling any item before except for hardware miners and Cloud mining last year.
The website changes just last month and added a shop page according to their announcement thread from here below.

I also check their archived pages from archive.org they don't have a shop page where you can buy other items. Except for cloud mining and hardware miner.

If you invest in cloud mining for me, there is no legit cloud mining most of the cloud mining sites are scam.

As I said from that thread most of the reviews about this website are from newbies. Which obviously no real reviews from real users.

Trying to check it out in regards to their shop and it seems they arent only selling miners but in all sorts of.

Cant say if their scam but quite shady.Well you can contact them thru their social media platforms can be found on the site.

Sorry buddy,  they are scammers. If i remember well i read a half a dozen threads about them in the past months and quite a number of folks lost money to them. They have that mentality of keeping you waiting while feeding you with continuous lies about getting your equipment or a refund. Just head over the the scam accusation board and use the search button to see what i am talking about.
