I have made 11430 dollars and they are asking that I send 20% from an external wallet before accessing the money.

Briefly going through their website  I  see several red flags here, and if I am you, I would really think before sending them more funds.

1. They are asking you to deposit external funds before withdrawing what you have. This is common practice of many scam exchanges. Huge red flag
2. They claim to be founded in 2017, while this data gives different info. According to this they are founded few months ago. So their claim about having 500,000 customers is  pure bs as well. Another  huge red flag.

3. They copied some stuff from Bitfinex exchange. Here is an example of basic explanation on their website. This is the first thing when you click "About Us" , and it is copied. Tells you lot about the exchange.

Bitmeric

And here is Bitfinex

On their website, this address is mentioned as contact
Kitiou 2, Konia, CY-8300 Paphos / P.O. Box 63099, 8210 Yeroskipou, Cyprus

4. When i checked the address, there is one more identical exchange using the same contact info, registered on the exactly  same date.

Quick question , how did you make 11430 $ there ? Maybe through some implemented roullete game ? Or some very high arbitrage opportunities ?
