At first I believe covid-19 is not the reason why the market is declining because this issue started last year but the price of btc still show growth specially early this year.

That is the reason why most of us assume halving can trigger another bull run to happen. But now it seems what we expected is not going to happen. Investors are in panic because of the covid-19, and I think the media has a big participation why people are in panic and worried for their welfare. But I know this issue will pass and everything will be back to normal we just need to be positive.

Exactly, whenever we see a negative trend most of the people will get into a panic and this makes many people start selling their asset, but one thing they should when we see downturn it is an opportunity given to us by the market. Yes, the media will pivotal role when we see a negative trend in the market, that's why we should be panic.

Unfortunately, I have the same opinion, if everything will continue this way, then even bitcoin halving will not help bitcoin to grow in price this year and the entire cryptocurrency market may fall in several times, therefore we have to hope that soon everything will change for the better.

Yes, and today we can see that the market has started to fall very sharply, bitcoin and some of the top altcoins are also experiencing a very severe price decline, and I also hope that everything can be better next month, so that cryptocurrency can rise again this year.

This pandemic is a 'black swan' for the cryptocurrency market, it is unpredictable situation. No one expected it. This industry has never faced something like that. So Bitcoin wasn't ready for Coronavirus outbreak, and it turned to be a collapse. What's about halving. It will lead to Bitcoin's positive price movement, but the crypto won't reach more than $13,000.

Do you think that it is just a coincidence? I mean market were really going down it is just that the virus itself became pandemic as well, that we think that it is the virus itself that cause it, I am just wondering. I certainly think that this virus plays a major role with this current market condition. But anyway, because if it really a coincidence, then this down market were really an organic one. The turn out of event is just really unexpected,first was the Chinese New year,what was expected wasn't what happened as it has been other years,now the sudden dump in price of bitcoin which equally affected other altcoins, some how I am tempted to think otherwise about the halving,but I hope it plays out well as other halving years.

From 1 week cryptocurrency is bleeding twice much. Although every time when cryptocurrency was bleeding, we have something to blame as now coronavirus. India lifts ban on crypto currency trading now several exchange has focus on this big market. As rules we will see some movement on crypto.

Well it's not only the Bitcoin market per say. The stock market is crashing and even more, economies are affected, many things not going right and there is financial crisis. Nobody expected this blow, many people got liquidated on leverage trading, so sad. This dump is epic and will be recorded in history I presume. However, I think before halving all these will subside, I just hope so because if not we might not see any bull run.

Coronavirus is a Black Swan event and we have to preparr for the worst, so it means that manage youur portfolio and avoid more losses by selling now and buying back when market behaves normally. As far now everything correlated with the corona out break but if the the virus under control and people wants to invest their capital back will trigger the price again to back and more than before.Hopefully the medicine for the virus will be found soon or else there will be another financial crisis like 2008 and could be fall of crypto market?

Do not panic. Stay positive thinking friends, it's too early to give up, we never really know what happened. This downtrend can be an opportunity for us to gather more, but it needs proper consideration and strategy because the risk is high, I am also trapped and choose to survive. I am sure if the basis has been reached there will be a bounce and new trends will come. Covid 19 not only affected crypto but almost the entire stock market and commodity trading, quite bad indeed but this storm must have passed.

From where i stand, i don't see the market gaining any surge as this downtrend isn't being experienced by just cryptocurrency sector but the entire world's commerce. The best thing is to hodl and be optimistic if your holding is already in massive dip, but if your loss is still manageable, it is advisable you tether as the market still shows potentials for more dip

It is not only bitcoin that is taking the hit. Almost every altcoin are also dropping red and are in a far more worse condition. Look at the stock market also. Its all red. None of us expected this to happen, but yeah, it did end up happening. This is why we all say the crypto market is unpredictable.
Well, there are still more than two months left before the halving takes place. This might change during this time (since the market is unpredictable). So it is better to start investing now instead of regretting later .
