Ya hay la ultima version oficial 0.19.1 disponible, en el enlace del foro aun no han actualizado,siguen con la 0.19.01

Siempre van un poco mas tarde en el foro, no tengo ni idea de quien se encarga de la actualización del enlace cuando hay actualizaciones disponibles, en la pagina de bitcoin org tambien esta disponible la nueva versión, normalmente van en este orden: 1º publican la actualización en bitcoincore org 2º bitcoin org y 3º Bitcointalk.

En el fondo, lo que se suele tardar es en cambiar el caption del link en la parte superior de la página del foro, pero el link en sí apunta a la página de descargas de bitcoin.org y, por tanto, debería apuntar siempre a la versión más reciente. Ahora bien, el torrent de descarga si va con retraso respecto de la versión vigente.

No sé si esperan un par de días para ver si hay reportes respecto de errores (o si sencillamente no les da tiempo de estar encima en cuanto se produce el cambio de versión).
