I was going to buy a few Satoshis, and I missed the last wick down. I've been trying to deposit funds into my Coinbase account, and they keep asking for more info. I've done the multi-factor authentication, sent them my driving licence image, and now they want me to enable my camera after writing some bullshit message.Well I haven't had a shave for about 3 months, so they will probably reject that image.

Is there another exchange that is as convenient for market markets as Coinbase Pro used to be? Include your affiliate code if you want me to sign up using it.

Were you just using faster payments (no cards or anything)?

Have you accessed the site through tor or something also?

If you haven't done any of those I'm not sure what the problem is. You could look into binance's fiat options, they have gbp btc. There's also cex.io or local bitcoins

That all sounds perfectly standard stuff. Everywhere else will be the same pretty much. And unlike Bitstamp once all that's done they don't spring any extra shit on you when your money is tied up.

I've send a couple of selfies looking like a cave dweller compared to my ID photo. It was fine.

If it's making you sad as an actual entity then you can also look into Kraken which now has proper GBP integration.
