Mother of Miguel Bose Lucia Bosé (actress) died as well. Also the Opera singer Plácido Domingo resulted positive (for the virus). The virus in Spain is pretty much out of hands, just like Italy. The military have found deaths while performing mass disinfection in old people's homes.

I have also seen various news reporting how world pollution has plummeted worldwide due to economies shutting down everywhere. Ironic, how a virus that kills people by not letting us breath, is actually helping the planet breath again. Is mother nature telling us something?

This is a very nice thread, I hope that you guys are okay and I hope that this crisis will be over. And all you people should stay at home, no use if you contracted the virus because you want to go out. If you are not a health worker, don't go out. The least thing you can do is stay at your house.

The fatal coronary virus has killed 349 people in Italy. In the last two months, the death toll in the country has risen to 2,158. Also according to the latest data, Italy numbered 35,713 infected deaths at 2,978. In Iran, there are 17,361 people affected and 1,135 dead. In Spain, there are 14,769 affected deaths 638. As the days go by, the incidence continues to increase.

It might be useful keeping an eye on China, too. Cases in the rest of the world are increasing dramatically, and all sorts of cancellations and quarantines are being put in place... but new cases in China are slowing dramatically. Might give an indication of how things will pan out in other countries that adopt similar travel restrictions.

This diagram is very interested.
The death line seems to be flat, which means to me that no matter how many the infections would be, the number of the deaths would remain the same.
Should we not be so much desperate about this virus?

And to think he is already in his seventies well I read the news that even a 100-year-old can recover from this virus I hope the Prince's immune system is strong to overcome the infection, we have read the news that those who succumbed to the virus don't have the luxury to be honored
I hope he can recover, he is the first monarch to get infected.

When i read this in wikipedia, it said there was no scientific proof that it could spread into humans from the dog. But this virus already comes from an animal (believed to be a Pangolin which in turn got it from bats). Also the virus is always mutating, that way it gained the ability to jump across species.

Yes I am aware some dogs have been trained to "sniff" the virus from people, i don't know how wise is that...

There is no proof that dogs can have this disease and they can spread virus. These two dogs who had COVID-19 in China didn't had any symptoms. They just got virus from their owners who were infected.
