market volatility is already given  and wont be remove this makes crypto unpredictable  but the point on here is that the price is dropping which makes it the best time to fill our bags  but i think people could care less because people also have a major battle in real world , they are prioritizing it and they also need money for it . they need money that people leads to selling thier assets instead of buying more  . this my theory right now on why the price is still down low but i hope its not true and there could be another good reason for the drop

Up and down are the two directions the market price of an asset can move to. Now I see people find stagnant prices disturbing, downward prices disturbing. I mean what else do these people want? Always going up? Nope that wont happen. It would be better for such mindset people to just stop trading for some time.

Actually the volatility is a measure with respect to time. If you see pre-January2020 prices and compare that to 2019 prices the volatility is on average less than 5%. Such incidents happen once a while. Hence it is wrong to use this price drop to call something too volatile because it is actually not so.

We are at a point when everyone talks about Warren Buffet. Dude is basically the king of "buy when its low" type of strategy.
He always bought stuff depending on the situation of companies finances, so if a company was undervalued for what is profiting, he would buy a ton of stocks from it. Dude literally paid out a banks whole debt in 2008 in exchange of some interest, have you ever heard of someone who is so rich that dude literally paid out a banks debt, that much rich he is, but he got so much more money back for it that bank tried to buy it out but he didn't allowed them and rejected and just collected cash.

Today is the day you can become Warren Buffet as well, not as rich as him of course but you can at least do something he would do if he was in your shoes.

I think that strategy explain perfectly the condition of cryptocurrency market when there is either bear or bull. Whenever there is bear and downtrend in cryptocurrency, you'll see people panicking and selling off their holdings which will definitely be in loss as well when there's bull and sudden price surge, you'll see people rushing to get in and take position which will enventually fire back when market experience a little correction because they entered when the price was high

Indeed, this is a perfect time to buy and dont wait for the market to recover before buying because its always best to buy in dip. We might not know when will crypto going to recover due to the current issue that we are facing and even the upcoming halving is not a guarantee now for the price of btc to surge. Everything that happen is unexpected and we didnt see this virus to affect the market big time. But there's always a reason why all of this is happening and at this point we can see the investors who are firm with their decision to hold and not chose to panic sell.
