I am really not sure if it is the Whales or people panic selling because of the quarantine.
There are many countries where the quarantine have cause people to panic buy and at the same time to make situations worse they are themselves limiting the market supply .
People are encashing to be able to cope up with this senario at the same time the government is also in a bind and stocks are going down so people are loosing from every side and with them being sick with no jobs , how worse it can get ?
14 days for the symptoms to appear + recovery period + 5 weeks even after the recovery , they are going to be jobless .

I fully expect the sellers to be would be whales who lost their resolve. Many of the sells have the characteristics of people throwing in the towel without regard for the timing or effect of their sells.

The price will go down more. My guess is below 3,000 US Dollars in a month and we could see the biggest crash in the history of BTC maybe under 2,000 US Dollars in 3 months if the 30 days are prolonged and even more restrictions and services/things stop. The virus will disrupt and halt even more things in the US and Europe and Asia, so, people will reach out for their bitcoin reserves to get some money during this low sell low move times.

It's just a matter of two choices. It's either we lose or win. Im choosing the one with balls and holding it even I am bloody stab multiple times already. The other option could be possible but Im afraid many will not let bitcoin died especially the whales who are capitalizing this market.

Those are the part where you wanted to hunt those whale playing around. They act as if the market will be gone for good then suddenly make it alive once again. This happened countless time.

After the bull run in 2017, this is the first time i am seeing this huge drop in Bitcoin price! So, this is the historic dump! A few days ago When people were making threads that Bitcoin price is increasing because of Corona, but I think the real Corona impact happening in Bitcoin price right now! I am not an expert but what I can see now, Bitcoin needs to hit 3200$ to jump for high, otherwise market won't be pump enough, nor stable!

This is what im thinking and im not really blaming out whales but rather this pandemic which might cause that sudden sharp drop on the price not only on btc but in all market.

People would still end up on handling fiat if ever the world comes to an end.They would cash out and getting back all that they have by means of survival.Of course, we know that
it isnt still available to make use of btc on buying up needs so its just normal to think that they will surely cash it out.

You are correct with your prediction and you simple analysis, the lowest bitcoin have dropped was at $4600 level, and its just good it has bounce back today to $5000. We should not be surprise of this, the corona virus is the main culprit of this big dump but we know even if it dump lower, bitcoin will always find a way to recover.

The whales are playing the dump game now but they could also play the pump game.

right. various types of investments are currently collapsed, and if you want to act, this is a great opportunity to have bitcoin or other types of investment. to be honest, I am not so sure about this, but I think that prices might return to normal in the next few months.

It might be whales, but I have a feeling it's everybody who's selling right now.  Smart money would be buying when others are panicking, and it's times like this that makes the smart money people ecstatic.  Wish I had some dough.

Yeah, I saw that yesterday and was afraid of what bitcoin would be at when I woke up this morning.  Thankfully it's holding steady around $5k, but we'll see what happens.  This epidemic probably isn't even close to being over.

It was a normal situation to endure such a drop.
The economic markets was dropping and probably people tried to get their funds from the crypto market and buy more in the financial markets due to the lower prices. COVID-19 has impacted all markets and definitely the crypto market is going to be impacted by it.

Even small bitcoin buyers could make a hard rally into putting the bitcoin price down.
Let us say 1 bitcoin each user will suddenly sell it to prepare for something that could end up living inside the house for a month because of the virus.
I will do that. I will need to eat and also have stocks of food and water.
With all of them selling in one moment could all make this happen.
That is all the reason I can see now for this sudden fall.

It's just our own speculation, but I also believe that whales doing it, the drop is over 50% from its high this year, and that only happen in just a day?
This is not a normal drop, this is due to the big volume of money being dump and not a big volume of sellers, so its a manipulation in short.

Despite this, it should not create panic among us who already witness this kind of movement in the past, market is unstable for now, but eventually it will bounce back as the pandemic will get its cure.
