I think at the moment, not only no one can tell when the pandemic will end, but even when it will start to recede.

As far as I'm aware, most major countries have also closed non-essential businesses where people can end up congregating—this includes casinos.

Not every country has enforced a lockdown. I heard that in the state of New York (where 30,000+ are confirmed to be infected by COVID 19) parks are still open and the public transport is operating. Even in London, the metro system is operating without any restrictions. Only a few countries such as India, New Zealand, Italy and Japan have enforced complete lockdown.
