It is good that your government decided to extend the lockdown since it will be hard to stop this virus even if traveling outside is prohibited, right now, I am doing the same thing playing online instead of going outside to at least avoid having the virus or carry it.

Yes, I enjoy my time in the lockdown now. I can have much time at home, and I can do many things in my home. Laws of the land are applicable only for people like you and me. They are not applicable for these billionaires. If they want to gamble, then they would do that irrespective of any lockdown. If they can't travel to any of the casinos, then they can transport the casino machines to their home and take part in the games from the safe home environment (irrespective of whether they are doing it in a developed nation, or in a third world country).
