Zero balance accounts can only enter the games, but you need a balance to pay. 10k sats min for roulette/ blackjack, 1k sats for slot, or 1 satoshi for custom wheel.

Also roulette takes some time to load.

I am considering putting in trial game functionality.

However, you can eliminate those restrictions by:

- asking/hiring someone a high rank to post the thread for you
- purchasing a Copper Membership.

I think the site needs basic improvements first before going live.

In the world of competition today, gamblers will not just put money on something that is built via a simple layout especially on how the signup area, login area, etc. have been made. Although we can't judge a book by its cover at least people should see some efforts in giving a good layout in those simple section.

This exactly!  Only truly Scam sites would lie about something so dumb as this.  This site has Scam written all over it.
Anyone who deposits their money at this sloppy site is running a big risk of never seeing it again.

should have not included their "fantasy players" in the first place. if they include fake profiles, it is saying one thing - beware playing on this site!

The design of the site is atrocious in my opinion. It seems like it was designed within an hour or something. There is no live chat available and no FAQ page which goes to show the state of your site currently. Watermarked pictures is another red flag.

The image is not working for you because you are a Newbie member and you cannot show images. I am quoting it for you but this does not mean that your site is good or bad. There are lot of improvement which you need to do on your site to be able to compete it with others.

OP, if you're serious about this, take the site down, hire a graphic designer and web developer and get it right. This looks like a cheap scam attempt.

Op, you gotta understand a couple of things here.
1. The crypto gambling area nowadays is very competitive. New casinos appear every week but most of them disappear just as fast. It's very hard to convince people to play on a new website when there're plenty of reputable ones. That leads to the second point.
2. You have to be active in responding to various claims people make, making up for the mistakes and stuff like that. Not to mention that the ANN thread should look more attractive, of course.
The website looks quite primitive, the design reminds me of the websites high school students make when they study web-design, to be honest. It's not that very bad actually but they should have been more competitive when it comes to creating gambling sites. It's not mainly focused on designs but on fairness and safety of gamblers. You don't have to sugarcoat it, it's unattractive and ugly.

But I agree that the fairness of the game and safety of the players are most important. The problem is when you have everything done right (with provably fair game and safety measures in check) you have to attract new players to the platform. This is where eye-catching design comes to the fore alongside other things such as SEO and proper advertising.
