The anagram was given to me several years ago revealing God's plan for Satan.

Go to the church on the windy hill in Burnham.  Ask about a strange man named Joshua...

As for the image, this is probably more for me but I need wisdom to interpret it.  In 2015/16 I was in CA, waging war on your behalf for peace.
