I have read an article saying that the best thing to kill the COVID-19 is to strengthen our immune system. The immune system of our body is our own doctor, it will prevent ourselves to be infected by the virus because it kills the virus.

There are so many ways to strengthen your immune system:
1. Having enough sleep - If you don't have enough sleep you may lose your energy and you will prone to disease that is why you are also prone to the virus.
2. Yogurt - Eat yogurt, yogurt is a healthy food which improves our immune system, and reduce the risk of urinary tract infections.
3. Drink 8 times bottle of water - water therapy is a very good thing to do to boost our immune system.
4. Enjoy afternoon tea time - afternoon time, drinking a cup of afternoon tea or coffee and eating snacks can not only replenish calories, but also relieve fatigue after continuous work.
5. Exercise - exercise can help “wash” lung bacteria and improve the immune system.
6. Sun Exposure: - it will gives us vitamin D that will boost our immune system.

Let us all help ourselves to kill the virus in our country so our economy won't lose itself.

even people with the best immune system and the best nutrician cannot guarantee 100% prevention
the best working is to reduce the severity/duration of symptoms

some people say drinking warm lemon or tea increases body temperature.
this is infact a myth

the warm lemon/tea is to have heat instantly in the mouth/throat to affect just that.
once it is in your system the rest of your body actually decreases in temperature to compensate

this is why in very hot countries things like peppers and chilli's are popular. because the feeling of something hot in the mouth causes your temperature to lower
yep mexicans, indians and asians learned this trick along time ago and why they are called chillis and not hotties
yep initial feeling is hot sweats but thats your body releasing the heat to cool your core down
and thats the same for tea and hot drinks. temporary skin warmth but cooler internal core.

icecream on the other hand causes your body to warm up internally.
it triggers your skin to stop sweating thus you feel(skin deep) cooler. but internally your body has to heat up  your core to counter the cold icecream.. and the fats and protein need to be digested so your body creates extra heat at the core from burning the fats.
so basically icetea is ok but icecream is better(extra benefit of fats and protein burn)

i know people keep thinking of the instant reaction of consuming something but after the first hour the 1-6 hour effect is the opposite to that initial consumption..
so yea eating chilli/warm drink is instant reaction sweat but long term cooling
so yea eating icecream/icetea is instant reaction cool but long term warming
so dont treat warm fluids as a full body temperature riser. but as just a temporary mouth/throat aid.

as for vitamins. they do not store/accumilate for later use
but your body only needs so much at any one time and overdosing puts extra strain on your kidneys when trying to excrete the excess.
so yes have SOME vitamins when not feeling well to give your immune system a healthy boost. but treating it like a battery of pre-charging your system does not work. neither does supercharging your system with overdosing

drinking 10litres of water before licking a contaminated door handle wont prevent dehydration for 5 days once sick
drinking 2litres of water every day will
emphasis. drinking water wont cure a virus. it will just prevent you from the dehydrated sluggish feeling and help fuel your body to not feel some of the severity of symptoms like lack of energy/drymouth/throat

If you are in a place that has been totally locked down, watch those instructional exercise videos that you can come up with.

Exercise along with the video and just get sweat. But certain measures should be applied because even the people with the good immune system are still prone to this pandemic.

They say if you have a strong immune system you cant get sick easily and thats absolutely true. Especially now there's a virus spreading we have to take care of ourself by eating fruits and veggies.

Prevention is better than cure so im also taking food supplement to keep me energetic. Now that we are in community quarantine its best to stay at home to be safe, hoping this virus go away asap.

Nice. But I wonder why people always skip fruits and vegetables. Is it that people don't like them or what? Perhaps we don't want people to stay healthy?
Imagine people filling up their kitchen with junk and processed foods. I found it unbelievable and careless. If you are worried about fresh foods getting spoiled, then buy the dehydrated/dried & very healthy ones. Don't feed your body with junk and expect it to work efficiently.
I prefer to eat 100% natural without the additives and chemicals.


People should also stay away from bad things. Before you do something, ask yourself whether it is Good, neutral or bad. Avoid the bad.

Eat clean, drink water and have good sleeps are the most important factors.
However, good sleeps doesn't mean that you should sleep 12 hours a day. This is something negative for your body as it is used to a "sleep mode" which will affect your energy in your daily activities.

Just listen to the Health department,follow all what they say and surely you will be safe.
Generally if you are healthy, corona will just go away
no not that way mate,though advantageous if we are Healthy and we can stand the Virus and may not turn serious if ever we will be infected.

Stop licking door handles.

Next in consideration: The licking of fingers after using a smartphone or computer keyboard. Bonus points for people that take their phones to the toilet...

Eat anything you can if it is hygiene,well cooked and more importantly organic.You body is made to digest anythings and if we take enough nutrition then our body immune will get strengthen.Ginger on hot water is good catalyst to speed up the process as well.

I always find time to ride my bike everyday to sweat it out, this can definitely boost your immune system. At the same time if you are exposed to the 7-9AM sun, you will also get enough vitamin C.

We usually get Vitamin D in contact with the sun Vitamin C is available from talk fruits and vegetables We need to eat plenty of water and vitamin-rich foods to strengthen our immune system. Vegetables are greens that increase the body's immunity Then we will become stronger and we can stay away from sickness.
You forgot to add exercise mate because aside from everything you mentioned it is very important that our physical is also healthy by having exercise at least every morning and even before we sleep.

Strengthening the immune system if it is weak, might take a long time. You can do all the nutritional and health things you want, but there is one thing that destroys much immune strength.
