High account profile means a bot with a photo as an avatar, not the photo of a person btw, usually free stock images site, free logos, or any stupid image. They retweet shit posts like tweets with porn, viagra and so on.
Followers, RT, and Likes usually disappear after a few days since the accounts get banned.
