In a huge blow to the gambling community Las Vegas casinos, and hotels are shutting down to prevent the spread of coronavirus and as a fellow gambler I can feel the pain of the gamblers who won’t be able to gamble, but as a human being I feel that they had no other choice except to close down the hotels and the casinos. Well, we heard some news that the virus was created by someone but of course we can't believe on that easily. Since the volume of the people going to casinos everyday, I think this is a great move by Las Vegas to prevent the virus from spreading. In my country, our government is also closing the operation of casinos aside from the online gambling, it looks like the industry of casinos will slow down for a while and hopefully to bounce back after this virus.

This will really imply that gambling casinos online would have more players than before when Corona virus isn't a problem. I am pretty sure that the casinos will open very soon, because we all know gambling is a big business and the only way these casinos can earn is if they have an online version of their platform. So if not, their business is probably in danger.

I don't think so. The virus is a serious concern. It does not kill all the infected individuals but it spreads very fast and that whoever who has serious diseases already or who are too old to combat such illness may actually die. You do not want that. No single society wants that to happen.

This has become a distraction now because it is a serious concern now. It distracts social order, peace, economy, politics, and so on because it has already proven its danger.

I agree with the decisions of the casinos in Las Vegas. They are just contributing to the efforts to contain the virus and to avoid it spreading more.

They shut down the casino because of the spreading of the virus that is everywhere. They don't want to cause many people to get infected, so they decide to do that. It is no surprise if they finally close the casino for temporary because that is what they need to do to avoid the virus spreading to more people, and that is the first step prevention. Their government already take respond about corona and people/ industry should follow it, this time life is better than money. This isn't painful at all since gamblers already expecting this to happened and the reason is understandable. Not just gambling but also all sectors of the industry are affected so they will understand it's a global problem that everyone is dealing with. I think these people that go regularly on that casino will not play there even let's say the casinos will be open due to scare of the virus infection.

They have no choice but to stop. But since gamblers are gamblers, I'm seeing these people will just go into other casinos to fulfill their gambling desire, in an area where there is no reported cases of the virus yet. Not only in Las Vegas, but even here in our country, 3 big casinos have closed starting Monday because of the corona virus. This was a thing that's already on the book of the gamblers.
