It is not my service, I just advertise them. and I recommend that you deal with the promotion and try to get your service closer to potential customers.
btw I give you my opinion in the first post because it looks like a scam to me brand new service with zero feedback about them. I would hardly trust my money on places like your exchange.

The site looks not finish yet, with no terms and conditions and no privacy policies since he's asking for email/sign up.

I suggest if you want this website to become legit finish the website first and make terms and privacy policies which is one of the important factors.

After that make an announcement here and hire a campaign manager to promote your website to gain trust.
Also, remove the trust pilot lies which is obviously made for marketing purposes.

Your website currently only has one backlink in twipu.com it means your website doesn't have marketing history and obvious new business.

We can't trust any new domain or website unless if they have all that I mentioned above including promoting it here on the forum to gain trust.

Just did a little bit of testing and it appears, you're not checking if "recipient addresses" are valid or not.
