Totally understand! What it's actually trying to get you to do is fill out that info form... once that's filled out, you'll be able to deposit and play.

Most of casino here that has license to operate don't require KYC upon initial registration and  even claiming bonus. They just requires it in case to case basis.

Understood and thanks for clarification. It will be helpful if you will include this info on the front page so that user will be aware and avoid inquiry like I did. Most of the users preferred a non-KYC casino just to make sure they will be informed about this requirement before they can play in the casino.
