[Poloniex] Anyone with deposit/withdraw issues?

Anyone here is having trouble with Poloniex?

Since last friday I'm having issue with a deposit made to the correct address indicated inside exchange and successfuly processed within History page but the funds is not being available to me.

After a long ticket with lazy responses I am starting to think why would they do this and decided to share here and see if has anyone else having the same issues there.

Is there any indicative of pottentialy bancrupcy?

Let me ask if you are KYC verified?
Can you post the transaction ID here and maybe your transaction is still stuck on the network.

If not, then the issue is in Poloniex. So the only one who can solve your issue is the poloniex.

I can't find any reports recently here about Poloniex except to this one "Poloniex steal money!"

I am level 2 verified customer inside the exchange. Or do you refer about another type of KYC verification?

Long time not active with Poloniex exchange market and I don't know what will going on with this exchange, I think you need waiting several time or you make mistake with deposit wrong address wallet or possibility you use deposit for coin have disable awhile for deposit, I think Poloniex is the same with other bigger exchange market when withdraw and deposit.

It makes me confused with different data information.

Is this the address 0x50ac3b1b1ec8cda119f698faf5769b57fd1d45bf where your TUSD came from? or this 0x212b32f8ab8a1b5751632ba0729149c5db98348a

then sent to 0xb77aa7df7ff311bb5e1dceec660773115a2c713d which is address from Poloniex?

What I think is you might be sent the TUSD to the different token or you sent it directly to ETH?

Every token should have a different receiving address so if you sent it to a wrong address it won't reflect in your poloniex account.
