I have always found it a bit immoral but remember there is only a handful of places that could actually change hands, hence why there is a big betting in USA since they literally go from democrat to republican to democrat to republican (literally papa Bush to Clinton to W.bush to Obama to trump). But look at all the other countries in the world, most people who are at the top of the most famous party will end up with the win 99% of the time. Sure there are some weird changes once in a decade somewhere but it is not that frequent.

Moreover it is usually years apart everywhere so you do not get too much of betting chance with it at all. Sports is still a lot better, even if the team loses there is really not that much importance to it and worst case they will relegate and that's it.

What OP is trying to discuss is on the local political betting be given a chance to be listed in sportsbook, it's already given that USA will be in sportsbook as they are a big country and there's a lot of interest of betting from its people and even outside their country.

Its understandable or already a norm that these countries would really have that much attention yet we know on whats their reputation or ranking when it comes to power in overall.So its no surprising that they would always make some buzz and interest even choosing on who would be the leader.
In talks about local political betting then i dont see anything yet no sportsbook will surely have this line due to lack of interest and if there are
certain bets exist then it would be just good locally and wont tend to go outside or in global.

I will not be involved in it. You know, politics in my country is very complicated, with dramas, and also hard competition. Therefore, I prefer to stay away from politic situation that may make me feel dizzy listening to them. Better to do other online games, sports betting that is worthier and more normal to my life.

This won't do in my country in our last election where we have 5 presidential candidates, people already know who is going to win because of the surveys, surveys are very popular here in our country every time there is an election because they can accurately predict who's going to win, some presidential candidate even quit the race because he is not doing good in surveys.

If there are no surveys the race for the election is going to be exciting and there is no one has an edge over the edge, people are easily swayed by surveys.

Well, its good to make money on the political decision of every country but this one is still not available and maybe it wont happen simply because of the politics are too dirty to bet for. If political betting is allowed, then maybe ordinary will also have the power to choose what they think is right and supporting their beliefs can able them to make money as well.

The countries most involved in a Political betting would probably be those big ones and the ones mostly on the news. One totally given answer would naturally be US, with how big their country is and how the news about them can mostly already be grasped by even outsiders. it's kinda normal tbh if you were just to base it solely on luck but if factors were taken into account like their history, contribution,etc., it actually becomes a tad bit too much of a hassle and quite irritating. Not to mention that it wouldn't even be your country's president you'd be voting on, there'd be naturally more lack of interest by then. Well, it is a fight with words compared to sports gambling which is a fight between skills and bodies. Not saying that elections don't require skill, but they tend to be tedious to watch sometimes, especially if you don't particularly know much about the jargons they keep saying.

If USA political betting (Election) is listed in the sports books why can't they list other popular countries like England or Australia elections results ?
I don't bet on this type of bets but it will be interesting to know if many people like to bet on political bets, then sports book should add them to increase their clients.

One thing is that you will see various sports happening all days of the year some or other teams keeps playing. All depended upon the varied interested people have in the sports and accordingly they can bet as they are aware about the teams and the players as well. This gives them better chance of betting rightly as compared to that of politics. Politics happen at each level or it is difficult to judge that or even known I feel at times.

I guess that not all people interested in political situations because that will be different from sports or other gambling games. Political betting needs to have much information about each candidate which not all people can get from other sources. Now this is also similar in our case. 6 presidential election candidates, possibly top 3 will be the ones that will be competing for the bet. Of course since surveys are also usual the top 2 will always be picked. Also the betting is definitely localized on our end. No websites, just group to group, discreetly organized so in a sense illegal. But most local betting are organized inside the casinos here so it will not attract any attention from the authorities. The nastier thing that happened then is that one candidate of the vice presidency who is always number one in surveys and was the crowd favorite, lost by 100,000 plus votes overnight while all are asleep. Nasty really.
