Well, with all that Corona drama going on and being forced to stay at home for most of the time... Why not share our favorite matches of all times guys? Matches you want to watch from their first to last minute!

I am quite a homegrown guy to be honest but I would still love to do my walks, especially now that the weather is getting better. Anyway, recently I took advantage of this "stay home opportunity" to enjoy some of my favorite matches of all times! I have watched most of these at least 10 times and I never get bored. Even though it is hard for me to decide on my favorite ones, here is my temporary Top 4 + 1 (random order!).

Liverpool - Alaves 5-4 (2001)

Goals are the quintessence of football, I mean it! Yeah, there may even be a nice 0-0 every now and then but I am definitely a fan of many goals. The UEFA CUP final 2001 (was UEFA Cup back then and not Europa League) was a goal-fest! The final was decided by an own goal by the way (golden goal rule actually) - thank god that golden goal rule has been a short-lived one. Liverpool back in that day couldnt be compared with nowaday´s Liverpool and Alaves with some impressive rookie performance. I just love this match!

Manchester United - Bayern Munich 2-1 (1999)

I just love finals, no matter what sport, I love them! And whats to say about that incredible Champions League final in 1999 in Camp Nou between Red Devils and Bayern Munich. Even though I am Greek, I have been living in Germany and almost all of my friends were Bayern supporters...

Yeah, I admit, that final wasnt top quality over the whole 90 minutes BUT... the finale compensated us for a hundred matches, didnt it? What happened in those last minutes was unbelievable...

Liverpool - AC Milan 3-3 (3-2 penalties) (2005)

Liverpool once again! That Champions League final was played in Athens (while we also had Olympics in Greece). Well... Liverpool with one of the biggest (if not the biggest) upsets in European Cup history, winning the trophy after penalties. Whatever team you support, this game is ... a dream come true and advertising for football!

Barcelona - Real Madrid 5-0 (2010)

What a night, what a night... I love Barca, always have! And this match will always hold a special place in my heart! Yeah, sounds dramatic but honestly, it was awesome, wasnt it?!

Best Barca of all times dominated Mourinho´s Real Madrid in his first "Clasico". Well, not much to say, an unforgettable night for me and it all began with Xavi's first goal of the match.

Greece Euro Champion 2004

Yeah, not a single match but rather the whole tournament - a miracle and a dream come true for every Greek. No words needed really and even while writing this, I am getting euphoric once more. Check this video out, watch the pictures and listen to those Greek reporters. Owning Portugal twice with the EURO being played there... and CR7 crying in the end... priceless! I have watched all Greek matches dozens of times! Really some of the best days in my life!

Sorry in advance to all brazilian users, but the game that came to my mind in a heartbeat, was the semifinal from World Cup 2014: Brazil - Germany 1-7

This was just madness, it looked so easy for Germany to score. Brazil just completely fell apart and everyone was in disbelief, what they just witnessed. I remember, I lost count during these crazy 6 minutes middle of first half. Germany took the foot off the pedal, otherwise they might have scored 15+. Felt really bad for all the brazilian fans, but they showed class and accepted that Germany was just way superior that day, chapeau.

I have lots of others memorable moments, but these are not football/soccer related, so probably not that interesting for the majority of users

Man - definitely a "historic" one - that was unreal, I really couldnt believe my eyes, lol. Even my father called and asked if he was watching the correct match, lol.

As a Barcelona fan, this remain one of my most favorable win(and 6-1 vs PSG), coming back from a 7-0 loss to Bayern in the preceding season, and this match also produced the infamous Messi dribble against Boateng

During this period the Spanish National Team were an absolute joy to watch due to their tiki-taka style of play and at the world cup the Netherlands had a stellar performance too

Uruguay vs Ghana 2010 World Cup

As a individual from Africa, It was a memorable experience for me as Ghana were the last team from Africa left in the tournament, I remember jubilating so hard when Ghana were awarded the penalty as the last kick of the game after Suarez handed a goal-bound ball. Unfortunately, Ghana missed the penalty and lost the game on penalties as well

Spain NT were at that point the best NT in the world. They had won the last WC in 2010 (against Netherlands, btw, @Harko posted a link above), and won the Euro 2008 and 2012. They were the main favorites to win the 2014 WC...But what happened in the group stages vs Netherlands was hands down one of the most unexpected result in a World Cup.

World Cup Final Italy vs France (2006)
in this match, Italy won the world cup despite having to compete in penalties..  the match went very hard but in the middle of the match there was chaos caused by Zidane, Zidane slammed Matterazzi's chest with his head because he was offended by the insulting words of Matterazzi.

Indeed, a very interesting topic to talk about.
Well, what I couldn't resist is to rewatch over and over again is the match in the World Cup 2014. Germany Vs Brazil. I remember the days, Germany and Brazil were undefeated. They both deserve the championship title, --but the margin of victory Germany made in that year is something you will never forget in the whole FIFA World. Indeed, the second half was so intense that Brazil's substitution of Paulinho almost made it as he was able to improve the play after the restart.

I think the games you have chosen are some of the best games ever but I would choose Liverpool vs Milan 3-3 as that was quite a dramatic game to watch.Back at that time in my personal opinion the players were better than the ones we have nowadays and showed great football.The game got 3-0 and than 3-3 and in the end we saw the penalties deciding the game.

Out of all the matches listed by the OP, the Manchester United vs Bayern Munich match is my favorite one. And once again, thanks to the OP for posting the video link as well (full match would have been even better). Downloaded the video using YouTube downloader and added to my sports collection. Greece - USA 101-95 (2006) FIBA Basketball World Championship Semi-Finals

Not much to say here - my team faced mighty US Dream Team and eliminated them at FIBA Basketball World Championships. This was a semi-final match. Too bad we lost to Spain afterwards. Still, I have watched this a hundred times and just cant get enough...

 Definitely NBA finals 2016! Cavs vs Warriors on 3-3 and the last game, game 7 was insane. Cavs won the game and won a champions for the first time in 5 decades. It was an insane game with everything in it, from the moment series started to comeback of 3-1 and everything else, up until the game started it was amazing, after the game started it was even more awesome because game was close for the whole game and than at the last seconds there was a great block and than irvings amazing three.

 Basically it is definitely the greatest game of this decade, I do not remember any game that was more fun than that this last decade. Hopefully we will get something better in the future but as far as I remember this was the best game I have watched as far as I can remember.

For me it is most memorable footbal game ever. I was cheering for Uruguay in this World Cup, mainly because of Forlan. And when penalty was given, I was sure that Uruguay journey come to the end. Wow, what a game it was. Suarez probably is still persona non grata in Ghana and main enemy of nations.

This was a very exciting match. Goal and counter goal from both sides, Australia despite being leading with 2-1, has lost at the end. I had really enjoyed that match most.

There is a football match I can never get tired of watching, I watch it as many times as possible on youtube and I just can't stop, this game was played on the final day of the 2011/2012 season, city just needed a win against QPR to win their first Barclays premier league trophy and they were about to blow it away to their close rivals Manchester United. Two goals in stoppage time, the last one coming with 90 seconds to play by Sergio Aguero, won them the game(3-2)and also the league. That is one of my most dramatic football matches, I screamed and still scream now when I watch it, that has to top my list of iconic matches.

Oh! Nice sequel. love that one as well but what I love the most among Pacquiao's fights is when he faced Hatton. I really idolized Hatton that time but my fellow Filipino Pacquiao just brutally murdered him at an instant lol . My favorite match would be the grand finals of FIFA 2018. My bet was on Croatia but I was awestruck when they were demolished by France. I was waiting for this matches every midnoght because it was sattelite based tv and I don't have the same timezone as Russia. 10/10 would watch it again.
