As your sending the paypal I don't see the sense of asking to trade with such a high rank, which to be honest I don't understand how they reached.
You can find easily people here at leeast if you are the one sending the paypal and you really have a nice and old account
Dude, I'm afraid of making trades with lower rank members bcoz of too many scams that's been happening every day.
Higher rank members of this forum [with Trust ] tend to be more trustworthy and keep their promises by far better than the lower members.
