1)It was 2 months ago where I said in my stream I am 17 and will almost be 18 in 1 month.Ans on February 2020 I turned 18 (I can provide proof of my id if needed for legal use)
2) Yes I am from Netherlands and this is what I found according to google

 "The Bank of Netherlands (De Nederlandsche Bank) Stand on the Bitcoin. ... But there are no active restrictions (as of yet) by the Treasury or any other body for that matter on virtual money meaning players can bet using the Bitcoin on their favorite platforms"

It clearly says you are allowed to gamble so please do a bit more research before you claim something next time.

3) We have recently opened the new site 2 days ago and arent sure how successful it would be so I wouldnt consider getting a license atm but if we see its going well then we are looking to get a license in 2 months.

4) Our servers arent hosted in USA just saying, but even though it was it isnt illegal to host servers in USA I think

Absolutely right. Who are unable to create even unique contents for their website then how can we expect legit things from them? If it's for gambling sites then there is no reason to trust on them. Plagiarism one of shady behavior and forum users wouldn't trust on them. Just for awareness I have left neutral feedback, it would red if found a valid accusation against them with proper evidence. Anyway good found.

Projects using stolen content won't be successful long-term or rather they want to exit-scam before we know they are not going to be successful. I have witnessed that many times.

What I think regarding this situation is there is no point for any gambler to double risk here. Additionaly to risk of losing money while playing gambling games, they are at risk of being scammed after doing deposit, for example. It's not worth it.

Now you're just lying. The bustabit homepage has nothing to do with the BaBv1 code. You literally just made an exact copy of bustabit's homepage, and then edited a few things. It's worth noting that even if you bought a copy of the updated version of BaB source it wouldn't include the current homepage.  I put a comparison here:

My favorite is how you took the image that literally has bustabit's logo and then removed the logo  Wouldn't it have been easier to just use a different image?  rofl.

And we didnt paid for license because it was already public so we thought of making our own source code

As you know, the license doesn't require you to pay -- it just requires you to keep your changes public under the same terms you got it. Or alternatively you can pay if you don't want to do that.

P.S. Your homepage references features that are exclusive to bustabit. Like the "enhanced privacy" stuff is custom made by bustabit, and the code you're using (BaBv1) doesn't do that

We apologize for the obvious lack of care for this release.
Our idea was to run this version, as a test, then purchase the license and work on a re-model of the site, stupidly assuming that people would still choose to gamble on such website.And Perchlorate (owner of ethercrash) has played on our site and withdrawed his winnings successfully.

Op, you've addressed some of the concerns (like the one about age and location of the servers) but that's not enough. What do you make of a plagiarism accusation made by witcher_sense? It looks quite convincing, and this forum doesn't tolerate plagiarism at all. Reputation is the necessary condition if you want a chance of succeeding here. Another thing is that you should look into Bustabit's free license details and sort out the issue of you violating the use.
Even if you do that, while crash is an attractive and popular game, there are many websites where people can play it, so yours must offer something special, something unique to convince people to play there.

Of course, I don't directly support any gambling website but the Bustabit copy "threats" is good idea to demotivate the new project owners. The new ideas are always welcome and this is only way to reach the desired competition level, IMO.

A website like this in my opinion is it will not be easy to gain people's trust. As I read in previous reply, I have read that the FAQ is plagiarized which means the owner didn't put much effort creating the FAQ. Second, the logo design do have similarity to bustabit's logo design. As RHavar explained it in the reply that the op copied the image with bustabit's logo and removed the logo. That's what I think the reason why gaining people's trust will be difficult.

And it will be illegal if they run this without having a license its a big red flag for players to see that they didn't comply for legality of their business, and whatever reason given still not valid to take since the scenario is different and we can't compare it to this kind of scheme since there are legal bodies who regulate gambling site and for sure they will easily run and turn scam if bad things come up with their minds.
