I was play game with eth.
and i winning and i try to withdraw eth.
suddenly they rejected.
and they email to me  you need verify.
They sending this email to me.

1) Verify your identity

-No black/blurred portions (all details must be in focus)
-All four corners of the document (ie. no cropping)
-Expiry date that has not passed
-Front and back of the licence

2) Verify your address
Provide one digital photograph of a paper utility bill or paper bank/credit-card statement that has been received through the post clearly displaying:
-Your name and address
-An issue date within the last 3 months
-All four corners of the bill/statement (i.e. no cropping)
Acceptable utility bill statements include landline phone (mobile bills are not acceptable), heating, water, electricity, and municipal government correspondence where address and name are shown is also accepted. eg. a letter from your local tax office, police or registry office.

3) A photograph of yourself holding your identification document, as well as a piece of paper that says "Cloudbet" with today's date on it.
Please ensure the photograph is not blurry and clearly shows both documents.

We assure you that we will treat all this information confidentially and it is only for internal use. Once we have received the documents you will not be requested to send the same ones again while they remain valid.

just i ask for russian and ukraine language .

If you have delivered documents in English then your country must be a country that speaks English as the primary language. right?

how does this idea of delivering documents in russian and ukraine language arise?

you did not answer what i asked you, if you want to be helped then you have to be honest and transparent. How is it possible that you have delivered documents in English and they ask you to deliver documents in Russian or Ukrainian?

I know they already had accusations, but there is something that doesn't make sense here.

I submitted all the certificates in English, and the customer service suddenly asked for an ID in Russian or Ukrainian. I don't understand this part either.

It's weird that they asked you for a Russian or Ukrainian Documents since they know that not all of their players are from Russia or Ukraine. but reading through email they send you. it seems that you agreed that you'll also be sending a Russian or Ukrainian Documents. it would greatly help you if you can provide all the conversation you had with their CS just like what Slow death suggested.

It's weird that they asked you for a Russian or Ukrainian Documents since they know that not all of their players are from Russia or Ukraine. but reading through email they send you. it seems that you agreed that you'll also be sending a Russian or Ukrainian Documents. it would greatly help you if you can provide all the conversation you had with their CS just like what Slow death suggested.

I do not have documents in Russian or Ukrainian languages. I was wondering what kind of documents are needed in the customer service center, so I asked if Russian or Ukrainian documents can be certified. If I asked chinse language to verify, should i need verify with chinese documents?

Let me explain this situation now.
I applied for the withdrawal of Ethereum, and suddenly the withdrawal stopped, and an email came to verify my identity.
Since this is the first time on the site, I was in anxious mind and asked the customer center in what language identity authentication is required.
I just asked the customer center if I could speak Russian or even verify my identity in Ukrainian.
And I started looking for the documents I wanted in the customer center one by one,
Proof of address in English, driver's license and selfie were submitted to the customer service center.
And suddenly an email came from the customer service center to authenticate documents in Ukrainian and Russian.
I don't think they want to withdraw Ethereum.

When I traveled to Ukraine, I was asking for Ukrainian because I was about to submit my Agoda hotel receipt. It's forbidden to certify with the documents in your country just by asking.

If cloudbet.com is a scam, this is already the second scam experience. The first about 700 Ethereums have been scammed, and this time it's a small amount, but I feel bad.

before i was play another gamble website. and i lost more than 700 eth...
thats why now my feeling is rellay worst.
I hope this is not a scam.
