Question from newbie PayPal scams

Hi, All.
I am a newbie in crypto trading. So I see lot of people suggest to stay away from PayPal trading . because payment can be reversed. So can I while doing trade use one PayPal account  Account A receive the funds and immediately transfer funds elsewhere say another Pay Pal account Account B after that release coins.
So at some point in time, the transaction will be reversed by a scammer  and PayPal account owner ( could be my friend , i will ask to use his account) will be asked to return funds , but the funds are not there. What happens then , will Paypal chase the account owner for funds?  Would they chase him through legal means? i.e. request money through courts , since the accounts now need to be verified?
Please any suggestions welcome.
