Covid-19 is become epidemic. Around One million people are affected by it. It's become grisly day by day. Many cities are already locked down. People are being ordered not to leave home and stayed at home. You may know that Ethereum Community Conference was held on 3 march to 5 march. And it is a very sorrowful news, 6 people are affected by coronavirus on that conference. If this continues, then cryptocurrency will  be affected too. We should maintain the proper rules and avoid all of the conference meeting and gathering places.

I've heard about that conference. They should've cancelled the event prior to the awareness and safety measure of the attendees because of covid19.
It's a bad move for them but I think many are not aware of that event and it's starting to be forgotten quickly.

Yes, most lockdown are extended to secure the safety of everyone.
IMO, the topic is related to crypto and what you've just said, I can't see the relation of what we're discussing.

This small pump gives a good looks for those who able to invest even the economy is in crisis, they can now have something to harvest

I don't think so. If crypto can bring a positive result to be an alternative payment system and those new comers from the infected countries will never try to leave the crypto and a significant drop will not happen again. As far as i know if crypto has gained a really huge demand. What we can do to defend this demand.
Crypto is not easy to be dumped again to the bottom.

Im not so sure about the pump since its suddenly revert back. Whales are busy luring out investor with this. In my opinion, we arent even close to recovering what it loss. Imagine the price before everything went down. W are just half of it, and I dont want to be optimistic in this kind of situation especially the covid still getting worse.

I just do hope many investors will realize the potential of crypto that its not waive unlike stocks and oil and gas.

Although we see bitcoin got a pump, the price now is down again and back to $6,700 level, but we hope that the price will be reached another pump so we can still make a profit in this pandemic. We also can hope that this pandemic can ends soon after each government still trying to cure the people who got infected. atleast it recover some amount   because before when the virus is at its peak the value of of btc were also down under 6k usd  .  now that the virus is now getting calmed the price of btc also became stable but still needs to recover again like 2k usd something  in order to get back where it was before when the time that there is no covid yet and the crypto market was stll healthy   . meanwhile there is still ongoing lockdown and quarantine on our place but people seem to be calmer now , now that we knew that many are still recovering

Bitcoin price movements and some altcoins are better after investors are panicked by the news that many countries are locking down. Compared to the stock market and commodity markets, cryptocurrency is still better and this is seen with the price of Bitcoin which is now at $ 6800 after plunging to $ 4500

Before it affected crypto a lot because many were selling to fiat but nowadays it seems to be stabilizing and panic is reducing, could be that people have stop selling as they have come to see that crypto isn't going anywhere. People massively sold because there are not enough platforms accepting crypto as a means of payment that is to say, had it been there are enough platforms doing so, most won't sell since they can still buy goods and pay for services. All in all, this pandemic is still around therefore that uncertainty still exists in all markets.

I saw someone that was asking this same question about Dow Jones in this forum yesterday; he was asking why the Dow Jones Industrial Average was going up at this time instead of down. When I was replying to that question I also pointed out that Bitcoin was already going up and not just only Bitcoin, but altcoins as well. I can’t give a reason on why the market is already going up after this. Is it that things are getting back to normal or what?

Though in the case of Bitcoin I would say maybe it’s because of demand increase, because if you check some exchanges you will notice that the buying rate is higher than selling.

Somehow if you look at it, it is still affecting crypto because crypto is still under the care and influence of humans and these humans are still suffering what this Covid-19 has caused such as bad market growth, low prices of most coins, etc; so isn't it affecting crypto? However, nowadays people are understanding the importance of going for trustworthy coins starting with Bitcoin which is why there have been an encouraging growth so far. Better still, the crypto market seems to be taking a good stand more than other markets, which is also good to start with.

It is a fact that the situation in the India and France are getting worse and worse as time passes by but it this is the problem with us in which it is really a pandemic virus so we just really need to follow the orders of the world health organization for this virus to stopped and to lessen the outcomes of this virus. This will stop affecting crypto once the virus will already ended so we need to cooperate to stop this virus on spreading and affecting the crypto market.

Maybe because of the price of bitcoin presently but when the virus were fast spreading in Europe and people were dying the price of the crypto were also affected including the stock market. The reason behind the current rise might be because of the halving that is coming soon or price correction

Which in turn leads to a certain stabilization in both the stock and cryptocurrency markets.

It is now severely effecting almost all the countries in the world and it is really a pandemic causing fear and depression in general public globally, i think controlling it is the need of the hour, even the wealthy and medically ideal countries are struggling to cope with it, situation in under developed countries is really bad.

Bitcoin price noticeable dump in one week but you think coronavirus didn't effect. Price is now recovering after dump. Every time price will up as now after any correction. Still price is in dump because Bitcoin price is now deserve more than 20k. Price will more rise during halving time. This effect will show after vanish coronavirus effect.
